There’s just something so satisfying about having a well-stocked pantry. Basic ingredients give you the ability to whip up a quick, yet delicious dinner or dessert (in my case). Quite often I find myself swapping out ingredients in my cooking, if you’re a confident kitchen maven you’ll agree, this is second nature. On the other hand you may be slightly less confident and spiral in hysteria over a missing ingredient (no judgment- we’ve all been there) The trick is determining what you can and can’t live without.
I’ve put together a rough pantry checklist to help guide you. Ultimately, whatever you decide to toss in your shopping cart is completely up to you. Rest assured you won't ever again have to call cereal dinner — unless of course you’re felling like exactly that!
