This Fall I've committed to cooking and eating all things pumpkin...I must say it's been pretty life changing! Who would of thought someone could love pumpkin so much huh!? So far, I've created everything from; pancakes to spiced loaves and even donuts. If that doesn't describe my sweet tooth, I'm not sure what does.
That being said I of course couldn't leave out the timeless classic, Pumpkin Soup. In celebration of both Fall and Halloween, I'm excited to share my Pumpkin Cauliflower Soup recipe with you all! This thick, creamy, no fuss recipe is a favourite in our household. With zero roasting it's the perfect recipe for someone who needs a pumpin fix, fast! ENJOY X
